We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible, non-customized merchandise.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:

Unworn and unused
In its original condition
Returned with all original tags attached
Non-customized and non-personalized

Customized & Embroidered Items

All customized, personalized, monogrammed, and embroidered items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Please carefully review names, initials, monograms, colors, fonts, sizing, and other personalization selections before submitting your order.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale, whether personalized or non-personalized. Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. These orders are eligible for return or replacement, including customized items when the damage or error is attributable to the order fulfillment.

Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Yes. All sale items, personalized items, customized items, monogrammed items, and embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This includes sale items whether they are personalized or non-personalized.

Turnaround times vary by product and order. For the most up-to-date turnaround time, please refer to the announcement banner at the top of our website.

Personalized, customized, and embroidered orders generally ship within 3–7 weeks. Non-personalized and non-embroidered orders generally ship within 1–2 weeks.

If your order contains both personalized and non-personalized items, your entire order will ship together once your personalized items are ready.
